Request and complaint procedure

Everyone has the right to request that the website or any of its elements be made digitally accessible. It is also possible to request that information be made available by means of an alternative method of access.

The request should include:

  • the details of the person submitting the request,
  • an indication of the website or website element concerned,
  • the preferred method of contact.

If the person submitting the request indicates the need to receive information by means of an alternative method of access, they should also specify a convenient way of presenting this information. The public sector body should fulfil the request without undue delay, no later than within 7 days of the date of the request. If it is not possible to meet this deadline, the public sector body shall immediately inform the person submitting the request and indicate the date by which the request can be fulfilled, whereby this date may not be later than 2 months from the date of the request.

If ensuring digital accessibility is not possible, the public sector body may propose an alternative method of access to the information. If the public sector body refuses to comply with the request to ensure accessibility or an alternative method of access to the information, the person submitting the request may lodge a complaint regarding the digital accessibility of the website or a website element.

After exhausting the procedure indicated above, a request may also be submitted to the Polish Commissioner for Human Rights (Ombudsman) (website: www.rpo.gov.pl).

Architectural accessibility

  • Entrance description: The building is accessed via the main entrance, which is equipped with a wheelchair ramp.
  • Moving around the building: Customer service offices are located on the ground floor and the first floor of the building, which allows access for wheelchair users.
  • Parking spaces: One marked parking space for persons with disabilities has been designated in front of the office building.
  • Entry with an assistance dog: The building may be entered with an assistance dog or a guide dog.
  • Sign language interpreter: The office provides access to a sign language interpreter online or upon prior notification of a planned visit 3 days in advance.
