Privacy Policy of the elektromobilne.eu portal.
I. General Provisions
- This Privacy Policy relates to the use by Users of the websites operating within the elektromobilne.eu portal (the “Portal”), which are hereinafter referred to collectively as the “Websites” and individually as a “Website”.
- When carrying out various tasks and projects performed through or by means of the Portal, the Administrator may cooperate with third parties. Where a separate entity is the controller of personal data for a given service, project, website or task, users are informed of this in separate Privacy Policies or in the relevant information clauses. In such cases, the name of the controller and detailed information on the processing of personal data can be found at the very bottom of the website (in the footer).
- This Privacy Policy sets out the rules for processing all personal data obtained in connection with Users’ use of the Websites.
II. Personal Data Controller
- The controller of personal data is Gmina Osiek Jasielski (the Municipality of Osiek Jasielski), with its registered office at Osiek Jasielski 112, 38-223 Osiek Jasielski, tax ID (NIP): 6851580354. Gmina Osiek Jasielski can be contacted in writing at the e-mail address gmina@osiekjasielski.pl or by post at the above address.
- The Administrator attaches great importance to protecting the privacy and confidentiality of the personal data of the website’s users and, with due diligence, selects and applies appropriate technical and organisational measures to ensure the protection of the personal data being processed. The Administrator protects personal data against disclosure to unauthorised persons, as well as against processing in violation of applicable law. The Administrator has implemented a data protection policy.
III. Purposes and Legal Bases of Data Processing
When you visit the website, your personal data may be processed for the following purposes:
– use of the website – purpose: ensuring the proper functioning of the website, IT system security, system administration. Legal basis – the Administrator’s legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR); consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR)
– enabling contact via the contact form. Personal data are processed for the purpose of identifying the sender and handling the enquiry submitted through the form provided, on the basis of Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR; with regard to data provided optionally, the legal basis for processing is consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).

The website uses cookies, i.e. individual text files sent by the websites you visit and stored on the User’s device. More information about cookies can be found in section IV below.

The Website may contain external links enabling Users to directly reach other websites or Partners’ websites. The administrators of those websites are responsible for the processing of data on those sites.

IV. Cookies
1. The website automatically collects data contained in cookies.
2. “Cookies” are IT data, in particular text files, stored on users’ end devices and intended for use with websites.
3. The Administrator uses the following categories of cookies:
a) Essential (required) cookies: necessary for the proper functioning of the website (content presentation, basic navigation, security). Processed on the basis of the Administrator’s legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). These cookies are installed automatically and do not require the user’s consent. They do not store data that would make it possible to identify a person.
b) Optional cookies (analytics, functional, advertising): used to analyse website traffic, personalise content and display tailored advertising. Processed on the basis of the user’s consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). They require consent given in the cookie dialog box or in the cookie settings.
4. The user may consent to optional cookies by giving consent in the cookie dialog box displayed when the website is loaded by the browser. Giving consent is entirely voluntary – refusing consent does not prevent the use of the website’s basic functions. This allows us to analyse traffic on the pages and continuously make improvements. The User may object at any time to the collection of data through cookies provided by third parties.
V. Personal Data Retention Period
The period for which the Administrator processes data depends on the type of service provided and the purpose of processing. As a rule, data are processed for the duration of the service, until the consent given is withdrawn or an effective objection to data processing is raised in cases where the legal basis for processing is the Administrator’s legitimate interest.
– Server logs (IP addresses): for a period not exceeding 12 months from the date of recording.
– Google Analytics: a maximum of 26 months.
– Information from the contact form: for the time necessary to respond to and handle the enquiry, and then for the limitation period of any claims (up to 3 years) or until consent is withdrawn / an objection is raised.
– Cookies: in accordance with the periods specified in the cookie settings (available in the website footer):
– Essential cookies: until the browser session is closed.
– Analytics cookies: _gid up to 24 hours, _ga up to 24 months.
VI. Sharing Data with Other Entities
Users’ personal data may be shared with the following entities:
- employees and associates of the Administrator who have been authorised to process personal data,
- the Administrator’s partners and public authorities to which data will be transferred in connection with ongoing proceedings and on the basis of applicable law.
- Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google Inc. (“Google”). Google Analytics uses cookies – text files placed on the end device of the website User that enable analysis of how the website is used. The information generated by cookies about the use of the website (including the IP address) is transmitted to and stored on a Google server. Activity reports are created on the basis of these data for the website administrators.
VII. Rights of the Data Subject
Every person who has provided their personal data has the following rights:
- access to their data and information about the purposes and methods of its processing,
- rectification of data,
- restriction of data processing,
- erasure of data,
- data portability,
- objection to processing.
In addition to the rights referred to above, the data subject has the right to withdraw, at any time, consent to the processing of data provided on that basis. Withdrawal of consent will not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out by the Administrator before its withdrawal. Upon becoming aware of the withdrawal of consent, the Administrator will immediately take steps to delete the stored data if there is no other legal basis for processing it.

The data subject has the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO, the Polish supervisory authority) if they consider that the processing of data by the Administrator violates applicable law, in particular the GDPR.
VIII. Final Remarks
This Privacy Policy may be subject to change due to technological developments and changes to existing standards. The Administrator may therefore periodically review the website’s Privacy Policy in order to keep it up to date both legally and technologically.
